By registering for and using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Flixio Pro provides a cloud-based SaaS solution for business management, including but not limited to:

  • Invoicing
  • Project management
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Financial tracking
  • Other business management tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of our services at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share, transfer, or sell access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any suspicious or unauthorized activity.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Our services are available under different subscription plans.
  • Payment must be made in accordance with the selected plan.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload or distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
  • Interfere with the functionality of the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our software.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We take reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, refunds will not be issued for partial periods.
  • Upon termination, all user data may be deleted, unless legally required to be retained.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and proprietary technology on the platform remain the property of Flixio Pro.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell any content without our express written consent.
  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flixio Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data due to service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
